Episode 24: Break Through! AtlurKabuterimon
Koushiro is trapped in Vademon’s pocket dimension and robbed of his curiosity. Tentomon eventually reverts back to Pabumon, but manages to snap Koushiro out of his trance. PicoDevimon attempts to buy Koushiro’s crest from Vademon, and in the confusion, Koushiro recovers his crest and his curiosity. Kabuterimon then super-evolves to AtlurKabuterimon and defeats Vademon.

Episode 23: Oh Friend! WereGarurumon
Yamato, Gabumon, Joe, and Gomamon are being forced to work at Digitamamon’s diner to pay off a meal. PicoDevimon sets off a series of accidents that makes Yamato question Joe’s friendship. He overcomes his feeling when Joe is willing to sacrifice himself to save Takeru, and Yamato’s crest glows and Garurumon super-evolves to WereGarurumon and defeats Digitamamon.

Taichi manages to rescue Sora, but when Etemon reappears, having fused with the network, Greymon super-evolves to MetalGreymon to fight him. The battle ends up opening a portal that sucks away Etemon and transports both Taichi and Agumon back to the real world.
