Planetes, Batches, and More

Planetes - I only just got started encoding the last 11 episodes, and I forgot how much slower these encode as compared to my newer method used on Big O. That being said, I'm hoping to start releasing these Thursday, March 1 and work through with a similar release plan as Big O, one episode a day. Since I won't have as large a buffer built up, I'm not certain that I won't miss a day, but I'll try to stay consistent.
Planetes 720p Releases - CMan will be completing the conversions on these, and I'll be working with him to distro them. We'll likely use torrents as I've been doing for Big O. Not much else to tell here.
Zegapain Batch - Once Planetes is completed, I'll be finally pushing out the Zegapain batch. I have a few more bonus materials to encode from the BDs, as well as finishing up the subtitle styling update and re-upload, but this is high on my priority list right behind finishing Planetes.
Patlabor OVA Batch - This one will go up sometime after the Zegapain batch. I don't recall anything with it that would require fixing, so it'll just be the same as the single episodes + some bonus material.
Big O Batch - Again, there shouldn't be anything that needs patching here, so this will just be a collection of the 26 episodes and the bonus material I have for it. Hoping to have this put together by mid to late March. EDIT - As I tweeted earlier, Episode 14 will get a v2 as I noticed an issue while working on the 720p version.
Big O 720p Releases - The encodes on episodes 12-26 are just about complete, then all I have to do is assemble and upload them. I'm hoping to start releasing these by the end of the week.
Big O FLAC Batch - I'm working on uploading this now and I am aiming for early next week to get this posted.
New Series - I haven't decided what I want to do next but I'm aiming to start in April. I might do something short and a movie, I'm not sure.
Oh, and yes, this technically is a Release Schedule Update... the first in over a year. How about that.

Act 25: The War of Paradigm City
The mysteries of the event 40 years ago are finally unlocked. The cruel acts of Vera Ronstadt accidentally unlock Gordon Rosewater's memories, but something even more important is unleashed: the true form of memories... as well as Angel's.
Similar to episode 12 in season 1, the Japanese title of this episode is "The War of the Paradigm City", but the English version drops the extra "the", so I've named the files to reflect the English release naming.

Paradigm takes the fight to Roger. Aided by the greatest villain of all, Paradigm mounts an army of spider robots and resurrects Big Duo. Can Roger stop the madman at the controls of the revived Megadeus and rescue Dorothy before it's too late?

Update on Xros Wars
Hey guys, omniG here. Thought everyone might appreciate an update on Xros Wars since nothing has been said about it since the original post. There were some issues with the original translations we were given. The translations were correct, but they were translated so literally that it honestly was very hard to read and made the translations appear incorrect (almost as if it were translated by Google Translate) even though the content of the translations was spot on.
Finding a new translator to 'clean up' the translations was attempted but never went anywhere after initial talks with people. So I spoke to one of the people who gave us the original translation and they agreed the translations were far too dry to work well. They don't have the time to re-write everything, so in my free time I'm going to edit the translations into something more readable. I did the same thing for the initial preview page we released, but wasn't going to do it for everything, but I want to get this stuff out at a reasonable pace, and have it look good, and most importantly, read well.
Just wanted to give you guys an update.

The Military Police is rounding up citizens suspect of being Union sleeper agents. Meanwhile, Alex Rosewater looks for the means to reactivate the Big Fau, as Roger battles an enemy from the past he never expected to see again.

The Union's attack on Paradigm continues. Dorothy's in danger and the Big O concedes the fight, so now the task of saving the city falls to another. But is he capable?

Roger's nightmares return and the doubts concerning his role in Paradigm drive him towards Ailesberry, to the one man who may know the truth. The stage is set and the players are ready. The War of Paradigm City will soon begin.

With the case of the android crusher still unsolved, Paradigm HQ takes drastic measures by assigning a new inspector, R. Frederick O'Reilly, to the case. The android and Colonel Dastun form an uneasy partnership to catch the criminal.

Act 18: The Greatest Villain
Beck busts out of jail again and has another scheme up his sleeve. But when The Negotiator himself is the target of Beck's kidnapping, it is up for Dorothy to take the position as the Negotiator. Can Dorothy stop Beck before he sinks Big O once and for all?
Note that this episode also has a signs track, but it only is used for all of 4 signs.

Act 17: Leviathan
Schwarzwald is attempting to spread terror in Paradigm. His latest work foretells the coming of a sand dragon, a Leviathan. It is up to Roger to stop the impending doom that awaits the City of Amnesia.

Act 16: Day of the Advent
A mysterious object shrouded in light has crash-landed in the City of Amnesia. Like a thief in the night, a Paradigm investigation team recovered it before too long. Now the locals hire Roger to negotiate with Paradigm to hand it over, pinning their hopes that it is an Angel of Salvation. Can Big O stop the rest of them from causing Armageddon?

Act 15: Negotiation with the Dead
Phantoms of the past emerge, for it is so destined. The word on the streets is the members of Paradigm's Senate know something from before 40 years ago. Kelly Fitzgerald, wife of Senator Roscoe Fitzgerald, hires Roger to negotiate with the assassin targeting her husband.
The Big O Episode 14
Act 14: Roger the Wanderer
Three foreign megadeuses have arrived in Paradigm City and only Roger and Big O can stop them. In the midst of battle, Roger suddenly find himself in a town without domes, where its citizens have not forgotten who they are and The Negotiator is not needed.
A couple notes about Season 2, which starts with this episode. This season was produced digitally in 2002, so unlike season 1, there is a lack of film grain. This accounts for the steep drop in file sizes. There are number of uses of stock footage from season 1, so you'll likely notice some jumps to the older art style at times. Also, as I mentioned before, Season 2 got a 5.1 dub mix, so that is now the primary audio track. The stereo track is still included as well.

A killer stalks the streets of Paradigm. A series of seemingly unrelated murders has the Military Police stumped as to the motive and the only clue is the killer's calling card: "Cast in the Name of God, Ye not Guilty."

Act 12: Enemy is Another Big!
Schwarzwald returns as his search for the truth leads him to a weapon powerful enough to defeat Roger and The Big O. It's heavy metal action when Big O battles Big Duo!
A note about the title of this episode: In Japan, the title is "Enemy as Another Big!", while in America it was changed to "Enemy is Another Big!". The Blu-rays obviously used the Japanese title, and I didn't want to upscale the title frames from the DVDs, so I have named the episode with the American title in the filename. Just ignore the title in the episode or rename the file. Whatever melts your butter.
The Big O Episode 11
Act 11: Daemonseed
A threat has been received on the main offices of Paradigm. "In seven days, the world will be reborn." The date: Heaven's Day, the day of Paradigm's founding. With only two days left, Roger and the Military Police scramble to nullify the threat by Heaven's Day Eve.
