Release Schedule Update - Monday 11/2/09

Did you know: Mon­day is the least rainy day of the week on the East Coast. Some believe it’s due to man-made pollu­tion sub­si­ding over the weekend.

So, time for another update post.

First off, I'm having some technical issues with my desktop PC, which is what I use for all my releases. I'm hoping to get GitS 10 out tonight, but it's harder working on my laptop than I thought. It appears to be a hard drive issue, and only on my OS drive, so I'll be reinstalling tomorrow on a new drive. Once that's done, I'll be able to resume work normally.

I'm going to make a big push to reach the halfway point by early next week for both GitS and Outlaw Star. Episode 13 of each series is the target, and I think I can reach that if I can get my desktop backup and running tomorrow.

The main reason for this is that Gundam 00 Part 3 and R2 Part 2 are scheduled to release in 15 days. Knowing RightStuf, my copies should ship sometime this week or early next week. Once those arrive, Gundam 00 will be the first to get worked on since it is nearing completion of season 1. After that, I'll run though the next 6 episodes of R2. Since R2 Part 3 is scheduled for December 1st according to RightStuf, I fully expect a delay of some kind on that release.
