Well, this is a first but I can't say I didn't see it coming. First brought to my attention through one of my insider information sources and now confirmed by Toonzone, Funimation has aquired FMP and Fumoffu. While there is no confirmation in the Toonzone article on BD releases, it is VERY likely (as in, YES, they are, Toonzone just didn't mention it) that Funi will be putting the first two seasons on BD.
As such, I have no choice but to cancel Fumoffu's project, and I will be removing the FMP torrents from the Nyaa tracker this afternoon.
Understandably, many people are going to be disappointed by this news, but I've said it before that I can't really push my luck with Funi, and since they are committed to BD releases, I respect them and would rather not take my chances. Plus, I can't afford to deal with a lawsuit.

It seems that Full Metal Panic only causes problem after problem for us eh?
Eh, I had a feeling that this was going to happen with FMP. When Funi started picking up licenses from ADV, and then when ADV restructured, I felt like it was only a matter of time before Funi grabbed this. I'm just disappointed I didn't get Fumoffu done before this was announced, but that's just the way it goes.
FMP files have been pulled from LD.

Well, I wouldn't call it for nothing. I mean, everyone that downloaded it and watched it so far got it before everyone else that will now have to wait to buy it, plus, I'd like to think my karaoke fonts are better than Funi's if the TSR BD's are any indication.
ya that's true you're right, I put it in a wrong way.
The karaoke you use, fits in the stile of anime. I don't know if al DVD's/blu-rays in America are like that, but my DVD's I bought used those boring yellow tekst. You could hardly call it karaoke, more a boring translation of the song. It totally doesn't fit in the stile of anime. But that's how I think about it. I'm glad you use your own stile of Karaoke, cuz they are much much better!
Color-wise, the green I took from the way Bandai does some of their song lyrics, and the blue I went with because it contrasts the green well. Otherwise, everything uses boring plain vobsubs with no font styling (or at least everything I own does.) I select the fonts on my own.
Now that I've seen the news with my own eyes, all I can say is "I'm not too surprised at this."
It doesn't bother me that much that we didn't get to do Fumoffu before this cuz we can just move on to other shows. It's better that we don't get to do it at all than to start it and have to it drop midway, I hate it when groups do that. And even if we did do Fumoffu, it still wouldn't be "complete" unless...
Hopefully with FUNi releasing FMP and Fumoffu again and in Blu-Ray, it will attract more new viewers and sales. And then when KyoAni sees an increase in U.S. sales, they might get off their asses and work on another season of Full Metal Panic.

I'm wondering when will u get around to uploading Mobile Suit Gundam OP-ED Collection Vol.2? I'm really looking forward to that one.
It might be worked on this coming weekend. It will depend on how fast I can get the next 6 R2 episodes done. If I can do them even close to as fast as I did with 00, I'll be able to do the other OP/ED collection this weekend. No promises though.
Actually, if there's any chance I can buy these BDs, I'll take it (for the reason EZ8 outlined). Anything to get them away from their current nonsense ...

Incidentally, EZ8, my same source that told me about Funi getting FMP has told me to expect an announcement on a new season of FMP sometime soon. Unfortunately, there wasn't any details other than that, but his track record is solid, so I'm optimistic.
I guess it will be worth looking into, too bad I never had a chance to taste the dub. But oh well, youtube is as good as anything else if you close your ayes. New season for FMP? Second season felt kinda short...
Still waiting for Gundam 00 to come around to a complete collection box at affordable price. Importing anime from US to Norway is a luxury not everyone can afford.
