Mobile Suit Gundam Char's Counterattack v2 Patch (Blu-Ray)

Here is the v2 patch for CCA. This patch will ONLY function with the 1080p release. A re-release of the 720p version with these changes will come in the future.
This patch makes the following changes:
1. Replaces English and Japanese 5.1 language tracks with correct versions with true 5.1 surround. The previous release had these files incorrectly ripped, and as such were lacking the left and right surround and LFE(Subwoofer) channels. The new files are AC3 encoded. The 2.0 stereo AAC tracks from the previous release remain unchanged.
2. Updated subtitles with the following modifications:
a. Re-ripped subtitles to correct missing conversations. I am aware that some lines appear to still be missing based on spoken dialog, but this is how the official R1 DVD subs were released and as such, they appear here as is. There are fewer than 5 lines that could be considered "missing". I have also corrected some names to remove hyphens that should not appear.
b. Adjusted subtitle positioning to be higher in the frame for better readability.
c. Created new title logo with fade in/out animation to match that of on screen logo.
3. Created chapters for movie based on R1 DVD chapter points/names.
Also included with this is the Japanese Blu-ray cover art.
