Subtitles Situation - Feedback Wanted

OK, so I've gotten a lot of feedback on this subtitle situation, and so now I'm trying to decide how I'm going to take care of this. That's a large part of why Zeta Episode 2 is not out like I said it would be, and the 720p releases will be delayed until Monday or Tuesday as well. Basically, all releases are on hold until I get this subtitle stuff fixed to where people are happy. I could just as well say screw it and just release them as they are, but I want to make this work. I am not going to get rid of the karaoke, the credits, or anything like that, because I'm not willing to just drop that stuff.

First off, I'm going to use Gundam Wing as the example screenshots shown here, but these same changes will apply to everything. Also, there will be no patches for anything already released. The fixed versions will be made available as part of the batch torrents when they are released.

Also, while I will increase the font size of things like the episode titles and such, I'm not going to lift them up. I think they look far better at the bottom of the frame, so they will stay.

First off, the OP/ED karaoke. In order to help it stand out from the credits, which I realize it currently blends into as far as looks. Keep in mind, these colors were the ones I felt worked best for readability. If anyone has a suggestion for a better pair of colors, please let me know and I'll do a mockup like that. My current idea for this is seen here:

Next, the actual episode subs. These shots are comparisons between the remastered video on the left and the R1 DVD on the right. I'm trying to decide between just lifting them, or lifting them and adding color:

Lastly, seen here is the last change, which, now that I found a way to adjust without manually editing hundreds of lines, I can do if people prefer it. This is an example of the line if edited so that it goes to a single line. I used the yellow text edit, but obviously substitute the white one if that what ends up happening:
